Gabe Olson is Co-Owner of Capstone Investment Group and a key leader within a broader family of affiliated companies focused on investing in and operating real assets and businesses. While not directly involved in client advisory, Gabe plays an integral role at the ownership and strategic level.

He serves as Chief Visionary Officer for the asset and management companies within that broader organization, where he leads the direction and growth of a diversified portfolio spanning housing, job-creating businesses, and food production. This includes investments in multifamily real estate, manufacturing and operating companies, and agricultural ventures such as cage-free egg production.

Gabe brings a builder’s mindset to his work, focusing on developing scalable platforms, aligning teams, and driving long-term value across the organization’s operating companies. He also provides vision for the management company that supports shared services such as accounting, human resources, and operational coordination across the various entities.

Known for his steady and thoughtful leadership, Gabe is passionate about building businesses that create meaningful economic and community impact. He values strong relationships, effective teams, and long-term thinking in all aspects of his work.

Outside of work, Gabe enjoys time with family and is actively engaged in leadership, church, and world mission projects.
